“The price was phenomenal, offered free shipping (the store originally looking at was going to charge several hundred dollars) and customer service was outstanding. I wish the communication after ordering along the way was a little better. Initially I was given a projected delivery date but after that came and went, I waited about a week and finally called. Again, great customer service. The delivery service they used (not their company) were not competent but when I relayed that back to this company, they were very quick to respond and were willing to do whatever needed to rectify the situation. All in all, would very much recommend and will purchase in the future from them as well.”

“The site is easy to navigate. I found exactly what I needed and was pleased with the pricing. What I was aggravated with was receiving emails all weekend telling me to contact customer service to verify my billing and shipping address, to call the 800 number even after I’d emailed back to confirm. I hope the shipping and product is as nice as it is online. It’s pretty, and overall, I am satisfied with my experience, thus far. Thanks!”

“I give a #4 and not a #5 only because the table and chairs were not assembled. When I made the purchase no wear did it say (assembly required). Otherwise delivery was quick, making the purchase was easy. I have not opened the boxes yet, I have to find someone to do the assembly. I will do business with your company again. Thank you!”

“The first representative i spoje with Joe R. did not seem very knowledgeable of my order. He quoted me a price for assembly when the chest was advertised as fully assembled. The second rep. I spoke with Ian, confirmed that my product would be fully assembled as advertised and was very helpful in answering my additional questions.”
