“Ordered from this company today for the first time. I placed my order over the phone with Morris who was very patient and went above and beyond to get me the right information I needed on the item I was purchasing. Ordering process was seamless and effortless. I will definitely refer this company to my friends!”

“Only giving 4 stars because I have just placed an order. Charlie was very helpful and easy to organize what I needed. It is a first time purchase with this company so I am not in a position to give 5 stars. Once the order comes through I will be able to give that answer. I will say Charlie is a 5 Star customer service agent.”

“I have mixed feelings about 1stopbedrooms. When I initially purchased my bedroom set it was scheduled to ship out a few days after purchasing it. It ended up taking almost a month. Purchased Sep 8th and received Oct 9th. I had to by a support system for the bed that was $200, it consisted of three planks and some screws. Definitely over paid for that. But the bedset itself was worth the wait. Great quality and looks amazing in my room.”

“I am giving 4 stars for the product and deducting 1 star for "upselling" me the bed slats needed to hold up the mattress on my new bedroom set when I called to confirm my order as requested. After spending more than 3,000 dollars, I am not keen on needing to purchase the wood slats to hold my mattress separately for an extra 179 dollars. It doesn't inspire consumer confidence and no one else makes me purchase such things”

“I just placed the order and have not received it yet. I will update this review once I receive the order. So far, as the ease of ordering and having them notify me to contact them for verification of the address I have completed that portion and they did talk me into the warranty. I am disappointed to hear it will be 2-3 weeks before delivery.”
