“I found the matching dresser to my set that was discontinued! After purchase, I was skeptical if I would actually receive it as I had multiple charges. But these quickly fell off and their customer service team is great and easy to work with. You wait a bit for your item to get to the warehouse but once it arrived there, I had my dresser within 2 days.”

“Colby was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, respectful and not pushy. Nothing worse than a pushy sales person. He even called back to give an update on estimated shipping/delivery date from what was originally discussed. Excited to receive our purchase but so far it’s been a good experience.”

The representative's response, while professional, did not fully address my concerns.
