“All my needs were met. I would actually rate service at a 4.75. The 0.25 deduction was due to the exceptionally long wait to talk with a service representative. Otherwise, I do plan to make other purchases and was pleased overall with customer service.”

“I have purchased several pieces from 1st stop and have only had one issue with a back ordered item that still has not arrived a month and a half later. The site gave a 2 day shipping time, which was clearly very wrong. Other than this issue, all other experiences have been great!”

“Website is very easy to use, followed up with call for delivery to know expected dates. But very poor tracking info. Item took longer than expected delivery wise and was delivered late and we already had to wait over a month and the couch never showed updated states or route where it was even with the tracking number”
