“The sectional Couch I purchased is everything I expected. It’s nice and comfortable and is starting to take shape in my room. Only issue I have is that 1stopbedroom doesn’t give enough information on the shipping at the ordering process.”

“We will be making more purchases from 1Stopbedrooms in the future. Honestly, we could purchase furniture from anywhere but the CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have received from 1Stopbedrooms is amazing!!! I have messaged customer service I think three times regarding this purchase and not only did I get a response back almost instantly even when they were closed but the representatives are honest, they don't make promises to simply please the customer and they always follow up to be sure that the customer is happy!!!! I have found a new furniture store!!! I can't believe that I am so pleased with an online furniture store!!!!! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!!! THANK YOU, for the great products and AWESOME customer service!!!!”

“Shipping was delayed twice for the couch however, customer service was very friendly and helpful and I ended up receiving the sofa in a timely manner. Much sooner than the final estimate. Sofa quality is amazing.”
