“I ordered barstools that I found on another site for twice the price. I was very hesitant to order because it seemed too good to be true. I will tell you that I am SO GLAD that I ordered these! They are well made, sturdy and beautiful. The reason for not a 5 star review is that it took 3 times longer to receive than I was told. I understand certain things are out of their control but communication would have helped a lot.”

“Front end process for ordering was good. User friendly web site, good product selection, fair price. Havent received the product yet so can't comment on shipping experience . Originally scheduled to ship on or before 5/7 but now showing on or before 5/21-5/27. Hoping this isn't the start of a shipping nightmare.”

“It was nice to actually talk to someone and be able to ask questions about the furniture that your about to purchase.Ii ordered an complete bedroom set strictly based off of the online pictures not knowing the quality or any real details except what you read in the description.This was a very expensive purchase and the sales associate Koby put me more at ease to go ahead and bite the bullet and buy the set. I pray that the shipping goes smoothly and the furniture is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. Thanks again Koby.”

“I ordered a dining room table, chairs and a buffet. Everything shipped within a day or two and I received it at my front door within about 5 or six days. Everything was as described. The buffet had a little damage on one side where the box was smashed in. Should be able to cover it with furniture "crayons". I am opening the other boxes this evening and some minor assembly is required. I am pleased so far.”

“I want to say how professional, dedicated, and wonderful Robin G is. She was so helpful and prompt with staying on top of helping me. She really makes a huge difference in the company! If it wasn’t for her and her lovely voice I was going to return everything. But I am happy with the customer service I received from her. Hope she is valued and appreciated. It’s difficult to find good hard working people now a days.”
