“Absolutely AWESOME experience. Starting with the YouTube video that gave me perfect instructions for installing the mulch kit for my mower. Then, I texted support to ask for the part number for my mower. They responded on a weekend. Awesome service, great instruction, polite staff, and good prices. What more can you ask for?”

“Well I had ordered a mulch plug, after viewing a YouTube video for a John Deere S240 42 inch deck. However it was a wrong size, found out later my deck is 42a, plug was for a 42c. 247 parts did a good job, however me being the customer, I should have done better research as I found out later, parts are specifically for each product. I know now.”

“Had to wait until today to be able to offer a rating. The parts I ordered arrived today and I can say it was easy to find and order what I needed on 247's website. It was exactly what I ordered and expected to get on arrival. First time order for me but will be my place to go to for my John Deere for now on. Easy order and had what I needed in stock with minimum wait time for order to arrive. Recommend highly.”
