“I just want to thank Brent for his informative and helpful youtube videos. It was the main reason for ordering from 247Parts. Moreover, the ordering process is incredibly easy because everything is organized to the tractor that you own. I know NOTHING about tractors, I inherited mine, and I don't want to neglect it and hopefully use it for a long time. Brent and the ordering system made my life so easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I think the price of what I ordered seemed reasonable and I am very happy to order here again. I look forward to getting my order and thanks for all the follow ups; more companies should be like yours! “I ordered the wrong fuel filter for my excavator and got the wrong one. They took the time to help me get the right one and also offered to pay to ship it back but I had filled it with fuel so wasn’t able to. When I ordered another filter they sent me pics to make sure it was right before shipping it. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time. Tim”
