“Sandy, we had a little mix up to start with. It all turned out just fine! If I had any complaint it would be with you web. I tried to order this tuneup kit on line, but was unable to do so. Here is where the problem lies: I wanted to know which tuneup Kit was for my X534 John Deere. I tried to get that information 5 or 6 time, but to no avail. That is why I called Sandy and she helped me and got the order entered. Thanks Sandy”

“The hitch I ordered from you for my John Deere zero-turn mower was easy to install or attach--which ever is more correctly descriptive. But the instructions are not very clear in that the drawings do not match the parts for assembly. Fortunately, I have assembled a lot of things and managed to figure out what needs to be done.”

“Would recommended! Placed my order, and was delivered fast. There were a couple of pieces missing, I got ahold of them and they got working on it right away. A couple of days later the missing parts showed up. Great customer service, great company to deal with.”
