“I had a number of prompt replies both on e-mail and phone. In the end I was able to find the part I wanted locally and cheaper, but 247 was a good option in case I hadn't”

“I had four replies regarding an aluminium road wheel. First one required a picture, which I considered odd since they had the registration number. The second one didn't have the correct wheel even though they had given me a quote. The third one tried to sell me one that wasn't fit for the demolition derby by knocking a fiver off the price. The four and final one produced what was required at a reasonable price...”
