“My wife came in with a broken wing mirror on the car on Monday evening. I asked 247Spares for help on Monday evening. By Tuesday morning, I had had 4 quotes for a new mirror and 1 for a used one. I phoned my order on Tuesday morning. Whilst out today, the part arrived at my doorstep and is now fitted to the vehicle. The story speaks for itself!”

“So far I have ordered two parts from & requested quotes for 4 parts. One of the suppliers took payment & without notice or reason returned the payment. I presume they discovered they did not have part in stock. I am expecting delivery of two items so will be in a better position to comment on the quality of the service. The initial system of getting quotes is quick & easy to use. However I do think a confirmation email from suppliers (once order has been placed & payment has been made would be useful, as currently you do not get the details of the company/supplier you are dealing with. Also a order/delivery tracking system would be useful. On the majority of quotes it states 1or 2 day delivery however most suppliers say it will take up to 4 working days for delivery, this needs to be more accurate.”
