“very good had first reply within two hours although DaveJames promised me a prompt delivery it is now Wednesday and ordered Saturday I have phoned them today and they promised to phone me back and did not when I phoned them again and they do not know where it is or if it has been dispatched over all very poor customer relations wished I had gone to another suppler they took money from bank account saturday”

“Received a number of replies from your network of suppliers and was able to find what I needed at VolvoSaab breakers of Nottingham. What would helpful would be for the responders to include their address as well as a contact number on their E mailed response. This would have been a benefit to me as I live locally to this site and could have visited in person instead of making numerous phone calls. The staff at the breakers site were extremely helpful.”

“It was good to get a quote for the spares I was searching for but what I did get annoyed with was the 8 emails 4 text messages, 3 telephone calls and a call to my work line the next day! Far too much chasing, I didn't need the spare part in the end but you or your partner companies hounded me constantly for 24 hours afterwards. Definitely not impressed”

“Made the request,received quotes within 24 hours over the weekend. Chose the supplier, phoned up and spoke to a very helpful guy who took payment and informed me that the part should arrive normally the next day but as I live in the far north of Scotland delivery could be within 2 to 3 days.That was on Monday morning, it is now Tuesday and I am waiting to see if the part arrives today.Carriage was reasonable and I am quite happy with the service thus far.”

“The person I spoke to was brill to start with...the price was fine etc!....then I asked him would it be best if I gave him the gear box number to make sure it would be compatible!!..he said yes & that he would ring me back when he'd checked it!!!..that was last Thursday!!!..not good business!!!!!!”
