“Within 5 mins quotes came through , prices were various so waited for six or seven came through . Telephoned the dealer , they checked the part number and is now in the post . All sorted within a few hours. Excellent service”

“1st motor wrong one.Next motor smashed on delivery.3rd one arrived after phone call to Metro Metals one week later! 2 weeks late got credit for 2 sent back! 5. 00 pounds,not 5.80 as agreed! Have asked for vat invoice 4 times over 3 weeks! Still awaiting vat invoice! Not very happy at this standard of service.TimEyre.”

“I entered details of the part I required and within hours had multiple responses from different suppliers with offers to supply the part I required. I contacted one of these suppliers, who was extremely helpful, making sure we were both talking about the exact model of car, and the part was quickly and efficiently despatched. Can not fault the whole procedure / experience and got the part part at a good value price and in the right colour, so limiting the expense!!”

“The first person to approach us quoted which turned out to be an estimate some £90 different to what he wanted to charge for an item he didnt have, established after keeping me on the phone for 25 mins. Appalling. The second was brilliant, professional, honest and quick to process the order for despatch at the price quoted for an item he had. If the first person I spoke with was from the second company I would have given 5stars but as the first would have had none ive had to meet halfway. Ying and yang.”

“I haven't purchased anything. I asked for a quote online. Gave my email address and telephone number. What did I get? I got a text to ask me to ring you!!!! I'm not ringing you. If you want the business YOU RING ME. As for this feedback questionnaire? Obviously automated!!! Be careful with automated services, they can make potential customers very annoyed. So I hope you share this negative feedback because yoi can turn this into positive. A bit more human contact, a bit less automation please. A Metcalfe”
