“Great quick service. I left my mobile number on request for a window lifter for a Hyundai Coupe. Within 5 minutes of my request being sent I was receiving calls. I went with the first caller......it was the cheapest price I was quoted from the five I received that day.(part arrived 2 days later) Excellent service , I will use them again and have already recommended them to friends.”

“I used this site for the first time. Was very surprised at how quickly the suppliers got back to me. Very quick. I found the part i needed and would recomend this site to anyone who cant be bothered hunting round for parts. All the suppliers contacted me. Great site. Will use it again.”

“I went on the internet to see if I could get a replacement gearbox for my Seat Alambra and the search engine gave me several choices. 247 spares was the first I opened and the process was very easy to follow, I only had to put in my registration number and all the details of my vehicle were listed. No searching through log books etc. The whole process was excellent and within a few hours I was receiving E Mails from several outlets with Quotes for a replacement gearbox and all reasonably priced. You have to remember that 247 spares put the outlets in contact with you and it is then up to you to negotiate with them. Overall very happy with 247s service.”

“The process of ordering was straight forward and was happy to receive del today after only ordering on Monday. However I was soon disappointed to find out I had received a passenger wing mirror not a drivers side one which I specified. I rang the company straight away for them to tell me a passenger one was ordered. In response I explained that it was my driver side mirror that was damaged so why would I need another passenger one!!! I was then told rye would look into and ring back but yet to have a response”

“I am very disappointed that there are some suppliers on here that promise you a service but don't deliver. I used 247 Spares to get a gearbox and put in the reg number of my car after a day got a call from Nationwide salvage from a guy named Wes on Friday 1 2014 and he told me he has the gearbox for £200 inc delivery by the Monday but the gearbox did not arrive on the Monday although i keepet calling him and calling him, however it did arrive on the Tuesday but it was the wrong gearbox and i had to call him to tell him but he insisted it was the correct one and that a 57 plate and 58 plate are the same but only after the garage where my car is had to take a pic and send it to him did he agree that it was wrong. so now today is Wednesday 03 September and he has told me that he has the gearbox i need and will send it to arrive Thursday 04 2014 but now because of his bad sevice it has cost me an extra £200 at the garage because my car is on thier ramps and it's holding up thier business so i am really not happy and think this place should be fined for thier bad service”
