“Had a good response initially when searching for spares, but when I had some issues with one seller I failed to find a way to contact you for help. Luckily the issue was resolved. Other than that it seems to be a good site to obtain difficult-to-find spares.”

“I often get a text message that the parts am looking for is available at this so so and so price with telephone for me to call but anytime I call , the response is "sorry the parts u are looking for are not available, we mistakenly text u " This is very bad and must stop”

“iVE NEVER USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE ... BUT! iT SAVES VALUABLE SEARCHING TIME AND MONEY. “I called one of your suppliers. And got a quote ,they said a price and told me it would be with me today 7/3/16 I told them I needed it today as the car had to go in for a re- test on its m o t . It did not turn up. After they guaranteed it would. Have to now pay for another test if it turnes up tomorrow”

“I got loads of emails and texts quotes but when I rang there was no reply..opted for call back ..still waiting !! A garage rang me with a(very high) quote and told me I'd get CHARGED£20 for each phone call I made to the quotes I got so did not use this service”

“Very good and quick. Working from my car reg, I had several dealers contact me within ten minutes. The only issue I had, is that the numbers quoted within each email quote , where 0703 numbers (which have a very bad reputation, as money making lines) and these did not match those, the dealers used to call me, so it was a bit of pot luck when answering. If this part of the process was changed, I would give the service a "VERY GOOD " rating.”
