“The rapid response was fantastic with a list of potential suppliers, all giving quotes to supply the items I required for my particular model of car. I selected one and the parcel arrived extremely fast. Unfortunately, not only was the product wrong for my car and short in length by 60mm, but one of the pair of goods was in a sorry state and rusty. A phone call to the supplier confirmed that they did not have the correct parts in stock anyway so offered to reimburse my payment immediately. Six days later this still has not happened and I have had to open a dispute case with PayPal for the very first time. Very sad indeed. I did get the correct items from the next supplier on the list exactly what I wanted in the end. Clearly, it may not always go well.”

“You where very fast in tracking down the part I was looking for and one supplier phoned me within 5 minutes and has the part however he advised me that a common problem is broken wiring and this has indeed proved to be the problem, so I thank you for the parts find so quickly but I will not be needing the part now. BUT I will contact you again if I do need another part for my car. Many thanks”

“After trying to put together a collection of separate parts for twenty minutes and simply ending with the system submitting an application for only one of the parts I gave up on the web site. The phone is never answered with the messages about call importance only serving to emphasise how poor the whole experience is.”

“Was slightly concerned after reading some of the reviews that had been posted regarding all sorts of problems in countered on this website. In my case things seem to have gone OK, the headlight I ordered arrived with no damage and appears to be correct. My only negative comment would be that it should be easier to contact part suppliers, ie no premium line contact numbers and e.mail contact details should be supplied.”
