“This was my first time of using 24/7 and I hadn't realised that quotes would be emailed. I did get a direct call from a supplier and after a cautious start, was comfortable at ordering. Instead of £250 new, I paid £50 used - and it arrived next day! Really pleased, even though there was an even cheaper quote when I did check the emails.”

“I asked for a quote for a full engine and I received a quote for a full engine but every company that I called or called me said that they had made a mistake and all i was getting was a bare engine, I can understand maybe 1 or 2 companies making that mistake, but not every single one, false quotes just to get my attention I think, not happy at all.”

“I got a few emails with details of garages that had what I was looking for but when i tried to ring the number (I live in Ireland) it kept coming up as number not in service I tried it from my land-line and mobile...so not sure what was the problem. Other than that it was very quick with responses.”
