“Great response, from several supplier's really usefull to get comparison prices so quickly, the only thing I would like to suggest is that the suppliers could give some details as to the condition of the parts or show a photo, especially with bodywork parts.”

“Contacted 247 requesting quotes for a Honda Civic Starter Motor. Within 24 hours I received 12 quotations. I chose the average price of those quotes which offered 1 day delivery. I placed my order with A1 Jap Spares at 14.00 on 24th June, starter was delivered from Manchester to Devon early on the 25th, car was back on the road by 12.00. Unbeatable service.”

“I have received 4 possible suppliers. But have not yet had chance to contact them. Your request for a review has come too soon. Also not sure how long you should wait for quotes to come in. Perhaps a late quote could be the best. On 30/6 chose a quote and ordered delivery 24/48 hours. 3 days later not received. phoned to be told it had not been despatched! and that it would be sent Friday for delivery Monday 7/7. On Monday no delivery again. Phoned again promised a call back. No return call! Phoned again to be told the one they THOUGHT they had was in poor condition and they are trying to find another. If they cant find one will refund money on card. Should they not be certain they have a part before they send a quote. Its now 7 days and I still havent got the part or even sure I am going to get it. Very very bad service”

“After having 5 companies replying saying they had the part and using premium rate telephone numbers, costing us a fortune, NOT 1 of the companies had the spare part we were looking for, So would definitely NOT recommend you to anyone or use you again. Kevin”
