“Absolutely appalling! We were given 2 astronomical quotes, one of which had a £400 delivery charge, and then received one that was reasonable. We contacted these people who had quoted £1395 TOTAL PRICE INCLUDING DELIVERY. They then wanted to add VAT and delivery which we rejected and then later when we had paid, they called us back and said that they had quoted for the wrong type of engine and that the price was double. Stranger that they seemed to think that they were a reputable company. What a shower!!!! Never again!!!”

“I was quoted a price of £48 for the part which included VAT and delivery. When the part arrived I was charged £50 according to the invoice. I'm not going to quibble over £2. the part was servicable and worked well when fitted to the car. I think the price was very fair compared to a reconditioned/ new unit.”
