“I got several quotes for the headlamp with a wide range of prices. I phoned the two lowest quotes: 07034713257: The male responder did not want to know about your ref no, then quoted me a price of £90 (up from £60) and basicaaly was very inefficient. 07034711298: Quote of £68.40. The responder did take the ref no, but then said he would phone me back in 5 minutes. Still waiting. I turned to another means to get the headlamp and it was cheaper than any of our quotes. While your system may be good on most occasions, you should better vet your client dealers, especially no .1 above. Paul Kennedy”

“I couldn't believe how easy it was to find the part I needed, in the old days I would need spanners and screwdrivers and have to go to the scrap yard myself and its delivered to. Also the gentleman I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and appeared to know his stuff. I would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Good timing on the e-mail, good timing on a phone call confirming that they had the part i was looking for, excitant on the postage and packing time as i got the part the day after confirming i wanted it, fare condition and price. Over all good service I will be using them again”

“A very quick and efficient service. On filling in details of my cars registration number, the make and model was correctly identified! Then I made a request for specific part required. I was then given a reference number and a PIN code for activation of my request. Soon after I started receiving offers for sale for the part required via SMS. Happy to say that it arrived safely by courier and is now fitted in the car. Don Liyanage”
