“My Rover car is 15 years old and obtaining spare parts is a formidable task. I attempted to obtain a heater fan switch from all the spare dealers but without success. The response I received from 247 Spares was immediate and successful and I expect the switch to arrive today. I am most appreciative.”

“I found the service very poor becauce of price and especially post and package was almost as expensive as the part itself and one respected in particular offer the part a penny cheaper than anyone so for those reasons I was disapointed in your service. Regards Jason Sproull”

“Very poor having been sent details of 7 potential replacement engines for my vehicle.I contacted 24/7 spares I was asked what platform I was On ! When I told the operator I was after 24/7 spares he told me no one Was on that desk and if I gave him my phone number they would call back .Well it's like 16hrs later and no one has called so they have lost a sale for one of there subscriber's .Not impressed I shall not use them again.”

“Very helpful service.unfortuneately the chaps sending quotes ranged from £200-£900 for the same part,the ones asking a ridiculous price seem to have missed the point that is a cheaper option for a motorist.If I could afford £900 for a part Id be booking straight into a garage.”
