“Would have been very good but none of the phone numbers (all mobile numbers starting 07) shown on the responses were obtainable. I am sure this was an electronic glitch but I couldn't resolve it. Fortunately some traders did contact me by phone/text so I was able to buy a pump. Score of 3 reflects the phone number issue otherwise would have been a score of 5.”

“I only wanted a few quotes because of the high mileage on my van, I was only making an enquiry, I don't understand why all my contact details are required then I spend the next 3 days fielding calls from people trying to sell me an engine. I'm not a stupid person, if I need an engine straight away I can pick up a phone, I know how they work, I should be able to get online quotes without being bombarded with phone calls, it doesn't give you the option to not enter your contact number. Unfortunately you cannot look for insurance, shoes or a van engine now without been hounded for days, the site owners should allow potential customers how they want to be contacted, if at all, all it does is annoy me and I will go elsewhere.”
