“when calling up to make payment having sat waiting on hold for approx. 15mins whilst some Asian guy on the line transferred me to whoever ....without success I hung up and tried calling again...and yet again I was left in limbo only to find that I was being charged extornate rates on my mobile....and all this was so I could just pay for the item I ordered....in allmy mobile company charged me £12 for a call that never materialised ...so this I why I will not be using this site again, and since the item I actually ordered actually only being dispatched from a close by town to me I could have gone and collected the thing my self..........yet I was put through a lot of distress having to be hooked to the phone with this call center.....”

“An excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended! Very pleased! I needed a tail lamp unit for my car and within seconds I had four quotes online and one phone call. I did the deal straightaway, no problems. The unit arrived safely 2 days later as promised. Brilliant! I used Bradgate motors in the end.”

“Your system is quite good the replies are quick and well presented the only fault is that most of the quotes returned include VAT on old and second-hand goods and you really can't tell what condition they are in Where I live if you go to any car breakers yards their is no VAT added to parts supplied. So it looks like the prices quoted are not viable when the VAT is added Thanks again for all your help. Yours Derek Russell.”
