“I have only used the service once but having requested a quote for the parts I required, I received 9 quotes by email, clearly showing the price, delivery cost and VAT and what warranty was available. The quote I chose was dealt with efficiently and professionally and I received my part 2 days later by a very good carrier company.”

“Email alerts came through pretty fast - my only grip is that the item I purchased was stated as new, when I received it - it was definately used. But the delivery was fast and I would use again.”

“Although I had plenty of responses about a replacement gear box, the gear box I paid for said on the website it was reconditioned, however I was informed when it arrived by the garage that fitted it for me that it was no reconditioned but just second hand straight out of another car and not reconditioned at all. The courier was also 2 days late delivering the unit.”

“Within minutes of of my request, I received text and email confirmations that my details had been successfully recorded. “I just needed to find out the price. I later found a new one for the same price as the lowest you offered for a second hand one. I didn't give my real phone number as I didn't want it ring ing a lot - or risk it getting into the wrong hands. Thank you.”

“Having being good at finding the part receiving a £25.00 phone bill where the line got transferred without notice made a cheap part expensive. This is not fair. The part was delivered to the wrong address causing yes more phone calls, be warned.”

“Very good quick response to my request i had suppliers contacting me within minutes and i had made an order within half a day .. i purchased an engine from orange autosalvage with the assurance that the engine had been tested and was in good condition. I have fitted the engine in the car it is missing rattling and black smoke billowing from the exhaust the engine had surly not been tested before being sold. now having to wait to see what orange autos are going to do about it wasted three days fitting a broken engine”
