“Ordering, made easy by cheerful. helpful articulate staff, treated me as a valued customer, not a elderly pensioner. The part itself was slightly damaged but a wee bit of packing and superglue overcame the slight miss match on fitting, Packaging good and well proven by their delivery man, waste of time attaching the fragile sticker, it survived.”

“Easy to navigate website. Good instructions given. Very quick to receive back a selection of quotes for item I was looking for. Did not buy though, as all quotes offered were more expensive than same available on ebay - some significantly more.”

“I received calls from 2 suppliers before I even had time to read the quotes. Accepted the first but had no way of knowing which was his quote. All I had to prove the caller was genuine was that the callers number on my phone matched that the company name he gave me. At the time I felt I could easily have been giving my card details to a scammer. Else all OK.”

“Where contact is made to a potential customer by telephone and card details are taken this should be confirmed by email straight away so that the customer is reassured that he or she is not being scammed. and is dealing with a creditable dealer.”

“Hi. Getting quotes quickly was very good, what fell far short was the quotes the prices were ridiculous the second hand prices were far higher than I could buy a refurbished part with a life time guarantee . Sorry will not use this site again .”
