“I found one site very helpful and polite. When I asked if the price included vat they informed me that there was no vat on used parts. I then phoned another site to ask why they were charging vat? the engine I was looking at was £295 + £10 delivery = total price £366! I was told they weren't charging vat and when I asked why the amounts did not add up he put the phone down!”

“Good service I was called within 15 minutes from a 24/7 contact after placing the request and the parts were received the following day they have been fitted and are performing as they should. “didn't have a problem with 24/7 spares got my quotes and went for the company that gave the best warranty delivery 5 days i ordered my engine from doncaster autoparts ltd on monday 14th sept it's now 4.30 pm on thursday 24th sept and i'm still waiting have rang them to be told it will be delivered today so the have half an hour before my garage closes i'm not holding my breath”

“I was very impressed with this service which I have not used before. Because I was exploring my options regarding buying a reconditioned engine, I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. The amount of responses to my request was amazing and a few calls from individuals was helpful. Being a private buyer, I wasn't sure what to do next, so I have asking another garage to look at the problem and let me know. I will mention your site to the mechanic and would take any advice he gives me, so I may be back in touch with again, I thought you were very professional, so thanks for your help.”
