“The process was very good and the time to respond by the dealers was also good. What was disappointing was that the prices for a used item was less than 10% less than the price I could get the item new, complete with fixing screw and tool case. Purchased the new item.”

“Quotes started to come through almost immediately but unfortunately quotes only state a telephone number. There is no information on where/who the quote is coming from, nor are their any details of the item. When filling out the quote request I only supplied my email address as I want to communicate by email first to ascertain if the item being quoted for is what is required before entering into a telephone conversation. I even tried to email 247spares to find out if we could change the way in which I contacted the suppliers but there seemed to be no way to do that. Perhaps I am missing something???? Help.”

“Had a few quotes very quickly.Some said they had the part but when gave them the part number and style they obviously did not and didn't get back to me. One outstanding dealer Malcolm at Radgate motors went out of his way to ensure that I got the right part.He rang several times to make sure, the low price was amazing and I received the part the very next morning.”
