“I was very very disappointed with most of the parts advisers failing to get back to me after I had asked them to verify that the parts I requested were specific to my requirements eg colour. Everyone I spoke to promised call back and never did. I've since purchased the parts I needed via breaker-link. Your site however is excellent but can't say the same about your members. Thanx for your assistance, but I would rather not put my ratings”

“Having been let down by another firm in my quest for a wing mirror for my Vauxhall Corsa, I chanced upon 247/spares while browsing on my laptop and requested a quote for a wing mirror. Within minutes I was inundated with quotes and decided to go with Vauxcentre Ltd. My order was placed at around 11.30 a.m. Twenty six hours later the wing mirror had been installed by my local garage. This was excellent sevice indeed. Thank you. Eric Pickard, Aberdeen.”

“The item was unusable. It had been left somewhere where water had been able to get into it, and most of the interior movable parts were ruined. It was possible to cannibalise some of the parts to effect a temporary repair, but only on a short-term basis until a new part arrives. This has caused inconvenience and distress.”
