“i orderd a window regulater from one of the quots. the next day they imformed me that the one they had was,nt any good. i reorderd from another quote only to be informed the next day the same thing.also one was sent to me.witch. was the wrong one and had to be sent back. i need one. but im getting frightend to order.has ive got to wait to get my money back these firms sould not give a quote if they have not allready got them”

“The electric window on my wife's Ford KA failed. Wimborne Tyres who service the car found that a replacement mechanism would cost £200. They suggested that I tried 247 Spares which they would then be happy to fit . Within half an hour I had several offers, bought one for £25 which was delivered the next working day and fitted in an hour. A first class service.”

“Received 6 quotes for a rear wiper blade within a couple of hours of posting my request. I selected one of these & placed an order which was delivered the following day. Whilst I had to pay postage, it saved me the hassle of driving to my nearest breaker. An efficient service all round I felt.”
