“Where contact is made to a potential customer by telephone and card details are taken this should be confirmed by email straight away so that the customer is reassured that he or she is not being scammed. and is dealing with a creditable dealer.”

“Hi. Getting quotes quickly was very good, what fell far short was the quotes the prices were ridiculous the second hand prices were far higher than I could buy a refurbished part with a life time guarantee . Sorry will not use this site again .”

“Was a good service many years ago although now not worth the hassle. There appear to be more 'suppliers' on the site that will rip you off than there are genuine. 247Spares has no reasonable system of removing or reporting these entries. The service to message quote providers does not work at all meaning you have to call them. They do not also state anywhere clearly that the numbers provided are not mobile numbers (despite starting 07), they are premium rate numbers that can cost a fortune when you inevitably end up with a scammer. Used to rate the company highly although I'll quite simply never use again as it's begging to be ripped off. For similar stories, just take a look at the credit expert forums - I wish I had read these before using this useless service!”

“I have used the site a couple of times now and have not been disappointed. Being an MG enthusiast not all parts needed are easy to come by but lastly, I made an enquiry from work on my lunch break, and got 5 quotes via the site, and a couple of phone calls. I spoke with one particular seller and they were happy to help answer some questions on the spec and by 4:30 I chose to go with them and I placed the order. Prices for what I wanted ranged from £75-£35 and my choice was confidently in the lowest range so imagine my surprise when the part then arrived by courier the NEXT day at 10:30! Thank you Brit Auto Spares Ltd! A great automated site backed by a better personal service.”

“Some times I think they are very costly Different cotation lot of different prices It confuses whether they are the same or different people. Some times new part is cheaper. Any way we have to carefully decide as where to buy. On the whole I got prompt replies. Thanks Dr.T.V.Raja”
