“The system worked really well, lots of contacts with very competitive prices. I chose the one that could offer next day delivery on a Saturday. It didn't arrive. Lots of apologies and assurance it would be there on Monday. The mechanic friend I had arranged was not happy. It didn't turn up Monday either, they had the wrong post code!! promised priority next day delivery by DHL. it didn't come . lots of phone calls given tracking numbers assured it had gone for special delivery not 24 hour. it arrived at 4pm , once again too late to be fitted, by 24 hour DHL. NOT HAPPY. Asked for a refund at 1pm Tuesday as I had sourced another one locally and told he had done what I had asked and it was not his fault. If I returned the part he would pay back maybe or give me discount on another part. Pity that your traders can ruin what is a great idea. I wont use it again because of the supplier, I felt totally out of control and left with nothing I could do to put it right. Phone no of supplier is 07891571177”

“The response to my request was much faster than anticipated with several companies coming forward with offers, unfortunately this time I did not use any as I had managed to source the parts at a local company. But was very impressed indeed and shall use the service again if the need arises”

“The price is good but still could be a bit cheaper as you can get them parts the same day for a couple pound more but it is good with the warranty”

“I have used this site on several occasions and the service is good. The only problem I have had is that shortly after I have reviewed the quotes and bought the item I have been looking for a new quote for a supplier appears and the item is priced at roughly half of what I have just paid.”

“fast response from several dismantlers, however ultimately non had the part and one failed to ring back having gone away to check if part numbers matched up. Would use the site again though to search for parts.”
