“Received one diesel fuel injector very quickly. 30 day guarantee. Not yet fitted as I'm waiting for seals from local Skoda dealer. Parts adviser very pleasant and polite on the phone. One glitch however. Price quoted was £30:00 for the injector. £48:00 for VAT and delivery. When invoice arrived I was charged £50:00”

“This was the first time I had used 247. The response to my request from a good number (7or8) of suppliers was very rapid by phone and email (within minutes). It took me rather by surprise and in retrospect I would have been better to wait 10 minutes and compare the quotes, as I decided to select a telephone quote for what I thought was a very good price only to find it was bettered by an email quote. If I use 247 again I will be more circumspect and wait for all the quotes. Anyway the selected supplier was very helpful and knowledgeable and the item arrived on the next working day as stated. So overall a really good service.”

“Easy to enter parts details. I had 5 quotes within a couple of days and bought the one offering me the best deal. It's on it's way to me now. Great way to take the hassle out of finding spare car parts. Thank you.”
