“on the few occasions I have requested car parts, I consider you to appear very customer orientated, and professional. Your agents also appear very professional, in the main, their telephone and telephone messages could be improved. I sometimes find them to be very difficult to understand. This has not made me firstly to use another supplier.”

“I am impressed with the speed of responses from the various companies, however, these companies need to make sure that the part requested is definitely the part requested and not try and fob potential customers off with something completely different, bearing in mind one cannot see what one would be about to purchase.”

“I asked for a certain model of car door in a particular colour. There was no indication of colour or condition of the doors. I would have liked some feedback on general condition ie. Perfect ready to fit. One small Ding, surface scratches in need of a repaint. minor repair required. This would have added so much to the value of the information I received. The location in the UK would have been useful. Age and model of car from which the parts had been taken. I was also put off when I can't phone directly and have to go through the answering system to actually contact the supplier. Overall, not to good and unlikely to buy using this system.”
