“I find the website a great way of being able to define the parts that I'm looking for, then being able to use the responders to ask questions about the parts and whether they are the correct items. All are very helpful and pretty quick about responding. I do like that they email and phone you as well”

“your service was good.and i thankyou,BUT the service you get from the garage is very bad ordered part on tues paid for next day deliver still not here and its thursday have rang them and they are not helpfull now i find they never even ordered my part,yet they took my credit card details”

“QUOTES CAME BACK VERY QUICKLY BUT THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARTS, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE ALL DIFFERENT PRICES. I COULD HAVE MADE AN INFORMED DECISION IF THERE WAS A MILEAGE ON USED PARTS AND A MANUFACTURER ON NEW PARTS.”

“Very prompt response from suppliers, although one email looked decidely 'odd', so I didn't open it. However all quotes received were a good 10% higher than the price I can see from other suppliers on line.”

“A very user friendly site Quick and efficient, with many replied within 5 - 10 mins, however I did have one issue. Upon attempting to add a third iem to my basket I had to attempt many times but each time the third item was not carried over. When I received e-mail replies there was a third item noted but without description so I am not sure if this is correct.”

“Fast response from plausible retailers. I've just bought my car so I was only checking different sources to get spare parts (since my modell Ford Puma is common in UK but unusual in Sweden . 247 spares will definetely be one way to get in contact with interested scrapyards and retailers in UK”
