“after ordering a part from jap spares trading under 5 star recycling being assured that the part would fit by a man called Ray. On receipt of the part it was found to be wrong. I rang the company and was told to return it. I did at my own expense. The package was signed for last week. I have rung them 4 times since then and I am £100 out of pocket but they wont refund the money for the part I have returned I think no reputable company should have any thing to do with them.”

“I PLACED A REQUEST FOR A NISSAN NOTE DOOR SATURDAY MORNING. 15 MINUETS LATER I WAS CONTACTED & PLACED THE ORDER. TUESDAY THE DOOR ARRIVED, EVERYTHING IN ORDER AS REQUSTED. VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE ORDERING PROCESS”

“Received quotes really quickly, was able to compare quotes and choose the one we wanted. Part was needed urgently and delivery promised next day. Part arrived next morning exactly what we wanted. Great service and idea as we had already been round all local breakers.”
