“Will not use again No one answers their phone The only people who did get back to me were expensive and when I had no chocie to buy from them and I asked them to send me an invoice they couldn't be bothered. I have gone else where and wouls suggest others to do the same. What a complete joke.”

“Nobody was available to talk to me so left a message to call me back. After waiting two hours I called again as nobody had returned my call ! This time it was answered and I ordered my part.”

“The phone was answered very quickly. The operator was polite and VERY helpful. I received an e-mail and a return phone call with the part I needed. The operator then phoned the garage to make sure it was the correct part. A most efficient service. Shame our country is not run the same way!! (PS I hope the part fits)”

“I had 4 replies to my request for a spare part, one of which offered a landline number which I rang and they said that they would get back to me and didn't. The other three numbers started with 0704, which looked odd to me. On further investigation this turned out to be a premium rate number, which seems to be 46p a minute or more. Nowhere does it warn you of this.”

“wrong part sent, cost me postage money to send back then took over 3 weeks to get money back, the company is run by inbred idiots, sud have known been a scrap yard , will never deal with again”
