“Amazed at how quickly I got a response from companies who supply spares, i needed door handles for my Rover 45 and within 3 days over a bank holiday weekend I got at least 4 companies who could supply the required parts. Absolutely brilliant !”

“I have order a Nissan Primera rear light (ps) and send me a wrong part, than I ring them up they said return it back and he will send me other one, that was last week Monday. but I keep call them asking is my rear light on the way yet. He said will checking for me to see if it on the way and will call me back or I call them back. it's Wednesday now i still not receive yet. What should I do now I had pay for my rear light and still not received yet.”

“Email responses were quick, and that's when it stopped. I phoned one contact three times couldn't get through, so on the last attempt left name and number for their call back service, nothing. Phoned again 2/3 hours later spoke to someone, discussed the parts and the price, gave him several part numbers off the old part, as requested, and he was going to go away and investigate and would ring me back shortly. It's now 4.45pm some 3 hours later, no call. I don't feel inclined to ring an expensive 0703 number for the fifth time, so stuff the parts and stuff the system. I shalln't recommend or us this site again. Very disappointed.”

“the first supplier with the cheapest price would not respond on the phone just received message saying trying to connect you and after 5 attempts on this i gave up and went to the second cheapest supplier, their response was great, understanding my needs and checking it was the right model. part delivered by courier within the time scale they stated well done”

“This service seems to be a great idea but is abused by corrupt companies that are willing to do what ever it take to gain your money even claiming to be from other companies and falsifying information. I was personally targeted by a despicable company called MJM 4X4 Breakers, Anchor Business Park, Dairycoates Industrial Park EST, Wiltshire Road, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire HU4 6PA 01482 355110 uses this site who claimed to be calling on behalf of a person that I had actually been talking to with regards to the part I wanted just to obtain payment!!!! This person took a payment from my 73 year old mother claiming she just needed to give him her card detail, I had never spoken to this person and he had no rights taking money from my mother after duping her into thinking I had requested him to call her!!!! FRAUD This person left No transaction details or telephone number but was eventually tracked down by the FRAUD team at the bank. I contacted the company and was given a load of abuse and still haven't got the money back, Trading Standards and the bank are dealing with these dispicable criminals and my mother has been robbed of £93.60!!!!! I would never use this site or recommend it as it is open to abuse and con artists!!!!”
