“I received 6 quick responses to my request with 6 widely differing prices for the part I sought. The first trader to whom I spoke said they needed to check the details of the component and would call me back which they didn't. Six days later I contacted them to find they did not have it after all. The second trader dealt quickly with my request and it arrived in 3 days as promised.”

“got quite a lot of dealers interested in selling me the part I needed but could not say whether they could supply the colour I needed otherwise I got a good response, would use you again”

“Had 4 company's. Contact me with parts. Only 2 of them had the correct part. One of the company's with the incorrect part. Still wanted me to purchase the incorrect part and advised me to try and make it fit. So only slightly impressed with the service.”

“I asked for quotes for spare car parts. Several of these arrived very quickly. However the parts were far too expensive and I ended up getting a new part (not used) from a local motor factor at a third of the cost.”

“Some confusion with speaking to several different people, some cross communication but got the part ordered in the end, and price was not too bad. Had it fitted by Arnold Clark today and it turns out the mirror was in fact not what I needed although it does fit and all electrics work. It apparently is from the sport version if my car and is smaller than the original, but now it's on its still better than the damaged one.”
