“I was surprised that I got a phone call straight away, as I thought that I would get the quote(s) by email first. I also didn't get the guidelines in the email to take the name of who you spoke to, note the telephone number etc until after they rang. This is a big problem for someone like me with a major disability, whose memory is very bad.”

“Plenty of dealers got in touch with me to offer the part I wanted. A large amount were ridiculously overpriced-for example, one dealer offered me a brand new item for about £46, another offered me the same part, this time second-hand - for £165. Overall, the experience was good. I got the part I needed at a price I was happy with.”
