“I have an unresolved dispute with Foreign Car Spares in Birmingham, who apart from being evasive and unhelpful, have so far not supplied me with the part I ordered. Initially the part ordered and paid for was quoted as 'NEW' with a 12 month guarantee. When it arrived it was clearly not 'NEW'. When my mechanic tried to fit the part it was apparent that the wrong part had been sent. I have lost count of the amount of phone calls and e-mails I've made in the last 2 weeks, and as yet they have not resolved the problem.”

“24/7 is a good site but the breakers yards that use it are very expensive, so much so I found it cheaper to buy brand new from Lexus e.g. Quoted £70 for rear hatch door lock, £52 brand new with guarantee from Lexus dealer. This wasn't the only item I was quoted far to much for.”
