“The service is efficient, quick and pretty much simple as 1 2 3. However, the prices some of the suppliers are quoting are NOT AT ALL competitive. It was cheaper (33% to be precise) to go to the main dealer once the P&P was taken into account for the part i required.”

“The concept of 24/7 is brilliant and I have no argument with them at all. What I would say is that as somebody who knows nothing about cars and engines, I felt the garage that I ultimately bought my engine from took advantage of this and I didn't get what they said I would - I asked if engine was complete (which is what mechanic told me I needed) they said it was apart from turbo but when it ultimately arrived it was a bare engine. When we contacted them they said that was all they did. I feel that there should have been more dialogue as I am sure they knew I didn't have the knowledge. I would use 24/7 again but ask more questions before purchasing.”

“This was the first time i have used this service so wasn't really sure of what to expect. But i have to say that i am very pleased with the outcome i have received no less than 20 emails from different suppliers with quotes for the part i was looking for. I would definitely recommend this service e to other people as i have found it very useful ????”

“Hi I only used this site for the 1st time today, was very impressed with the response I got from sellers. I needed a part and got contacted within 8hours by lots of different firms with the alternator that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. “when the part was ordered i was given a price off £45.00 + 5.95 delivery i assumed this was an inclusive price i was not told vat would be added however the part was good but i would like to be given a total price if i use your services again R Hyde”
