Be aware of this company!!! I have placed an order nearly months still haven’t got my order yet, every single time I emailed them the response comes two days later saying will dispatch today then week later asking me to confirm delivery address, Obviously I have input my delivery address when I placed my order!! Poor services!!

Poor quality fabric The print is also poor and some of the writing faded.

Hello Grigoris, We sincerely apologise for the delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, your parcel was put on hold due to some technical issues with the Courier. We have kept you updated as soon as new information has been received. Your parcel left the Couriers depot on the 1st August and the tracking has now updated to show the parcel has cleared Customs and will soon be out for delivery. I bought two sweaters a few months ago, and I loved them. They shipped quick and everything was good. I decided to buy another one when there was a sale and not only did it take like 5 weeks to get here but I also had to pay almost 30 dollars cash on delivery which was pretty much the same amount as the discount I got…..they just took back their discount?!?! So after paying that and shipping I ended up paying more for the sweater originally. Totally disappointed, I was so pumped on their sweaters but won’t be ordering again…

There was a promo when you bought something above 64 euros you would get a free sweater. So I did that, after 3 MONTHS I finally received the package with only the free sweater NOT the sweater I bought for 64 euros. This shop is a scam. I've sended over 5 emails but they don't answer anymore. If you wanna lose your money then you should buy something on this shop!

Poor quality, fit not the same as the picture. Shiny marks under the hood and garment where it had been ironed. Took ages for refund after many emails. Wanted to charge me £2.99 restocking fee but they didn't after negotiation. Would not recommend

I ordered two hoodies first time ordering from 304, because of the price i expected better quality. The fit and how they look on the website looked completely different. There were shiny marks on both hoodies where they had been pressed all over especially under the hood. I sent them back only to be told that a restocking fee would be deducted £2.99 off each item as they were ordered separately. The answer I recieved from Bulut at customer services was that its stated on the website. Check the small print way down the returns policy. If they had been better quality I wouldn't have needed to return them. Never heard of restocking fee ever ordering online. Very disappointing. Cost of living crisis, I've lost nearly £6 for items they could resell as they have their stock back

Hoodie that took a while to arrive, arrived with grease stains on the front. Got offered a partial refund or a discount on another but I had to return the top first. Finally received my refund and then the top had sold out. Rubbish customer service, they should have replaced the top straight away! This is the second time this has happened too. Won’t be ordering from 304 again.

Material used not as thick as I thought would be for the price very thin and tracksuit came with holes under the arm and the trouser seam- such a shame as I really like the designs used

Hoodie went bitty and bobbled after first wash and leggings seam split open after third time wearing sizing was as it should be wouldnt buy again unfortunately
