To be honest its so bad experience cos i ordered from 22/7/2022 and i didn’t received my order until now and i really dont know where is my shipment or do i will get my order or no cos nobody contacting me untill now

Made an order and whilst ordering there was a promotion for a free hoodie in a gif format, where it stated free hoodie then a single picture of a particular hoodie, so i made an order expecting to receive that hoodie as pictured. The promotion has since changed since i made an order, I received a hoodie that was horrible and nothing like the one pictured. False advertisement! They will not rectify it.

I want my money back! No contact, no life sign and the due date is over!!!! I wrote 5 emails which were unresponded. Going to write bad reviews everywhere!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!!! S C A M What is going on??!!!

Unfortunately I still don't have my products yet which were ordered at the beginning of June 2022 Placed an order a number of times, but with every order there was something wrong. Either the product was not in stock, or it turned out to have a defect or the expedited order still took 3 weeks!!

My order didn’t even arrive and when it did, items were missing and i was told to deal with it myself with Royal Mail because 304 couldn’t do anything about it or chase it up. Horrible customer service.

Terrible. They do not have quality control and therefore allowed me to be sent 4 T-shirts of the same type and size (sku) that were all incorrectly sized… must have had the supplier sow in the wrong labels. Took forever to sort out and ended up charging me a restock charge. The clothing also is poor quality and the blue tee had a dye mark down the middle which I thought was a crease. Turns out, rubbish clothing

I've purchased from this website a month ago and I haven't received anything. Everytime I contact them about the issue they respond with same message " we'll contact the courier and get back to you ASAP" I'm sure I'll not purchase again.

Brought clothes from them before they were ok but this time the colours on the tracksuit top and bottom were different shades of blue then the numbers on the top fell off after wearing and washing the top once messaged customer service and have been offered a voucher as of yet have not received it Customer service not great and quality of clothing has deteriorated skeptical about buying items again….

Oh dear, well that doesn't sound right does it, customer satisfaction is our first priority, so I was particularly sorry to hear about your problem with your Hoodie & Jogger. I have checked your emails and can see we have responded to every email you have sent since the beginning of the year after exchanging the joggers for you, you had advised this issue had happened more than 6 months later after purchasing the hoodie and you are right, we did offer you a voucher due to our 30 day policy. Found the quality awful for the price being paid I have had fault after fault and all I get told is that it must be a one off and because you’ve washed them. Then get offered a pathetic voucher so will not buy anything again and I will tell friends and family the same which is a shame as the designs are amazing! Shame about the quality!
