.. The service is very bad. I am a student for more than 30 days, and so far I have not been contacted and I have not received the product, although the full amount is driven, what is the problem.

To start, the shipping time was very delayed, understandable due to Christmas however the package said it was delivered at a specific time and I did not receive it.

Got an Email if I wanted to post a review, placed an order 28-11 and still haven't received it.... They stated a delivery time of 6 days. Called/emailed no response. Understand that everything takes a little longer due to covid but let us know. Order was over £160!!! Last time, in dutch we say: oplichters!!!

Honestly cant comment much since its been longer than a month and i still haven't received my order! They state on their website it takes 5-9 working days its more than 20 days now! I first messaged them on their website literally got ignored. Messaged them on Facebook ignored again. Finally messaged on Instagram and got an insufficient reply that told me by the end of the week it should arrive and they would message me again but didn't even do that. Possibly worst online order i had in my life. To imagine that we live in such a competitive world now that customer experience should be a priority to many businesses these guys did a bad job at it to say the least.

I took my purchase, but the hoodies were soo big, too oversized. I try to contact the website to refund/change the items and haven’t received an answer yet(almost a month).

Hi I done like the way you management rule the way the refunds are given back if we have paid with a Credit card it should go back on it because we the public my not wait anything els on the 304 clothing line so we should be given an option ???

Its just about selling as much as they can. No Interest in Quality or Style. Packaging to Germany takes really much time and the customer care is as good as Donald Trump as president of USA.

bad service, customer service never responds and items don't arrive, I placed an order about 20 days ago and still haven't received the goods. I have been trying to ask for a refund for days but without succeeding. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have never received my order, over a month later & 20+ emails to them (with very few replies) I still have still not received my refund. I chase them most days on email and ‘chat’ where there is never anyone on the chat! And NO phone number listed anywhere to phone them. V v v fed up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
