Stay away from mens joggers. Holes and seams off everywhere after a few wear. Harrod like price with Walmart like quality😠

Hi, I have not received a response regarding my request. You have received the wrong request. I have waited more than 15 days, which is not acceptable. I know that you are a large and respectable company that appreciates its customers and tries to correct the error as soon as possible, but I waited a long time and this is unbelievable

The lack of communication between both parties has been quite frustrating to deal with. In my opinion I would not recommend to others.

Order 2 sweaters on the 28th of december.. After longer then a month still haven’t received anything.. Told me three times that DHL has a problem and I should receive it the next week, well guess, never received anything…

I had to return an item for a size exchange, which I still have yet to receive way after sending way over a month ago. I have been made promises by the company that haven’t been kept and am extremely disappointed with this company. Yet the products are of good quality, just let down by the service.

Very poor quality. When i asked for a replacement for the one i got, i was offered 5$ off. No thanks. You lost a very good customer.

placed an order before black friday, after about a week with no email or anything about tracking number, i had to send an email on the 8th day to request the purchase to be cancelled, all the sudden i get a response the next day stating one of the items i purchased was out of stock, mind you this was only after i sent an email, i then decided to change one of my orders, this was after the black friday deal, when my order was received, i had to return the item i changed to as it didn’t fit for a refund only for the customer service to tell me that items bought on black friday deal does not qualify for refund but only voucher, the item i choose to replace what was out of stock was well after black friday deal, i sent an email to them and up u until now no response, been like 3-4 weeks now. Poor customer service, hardly or never respond to emails, the good thing is that i would never be coming back to buy anything from them (304) again, my advice to everyone is avoid if possible.

Waited for weeks without a working track and trace. Bad communication with the helpdesk. Worse quality. Almost returned everything and still regret about the items I didn’t returned. SO NOT HAPPY
