“Love the material just the sizes are not true to size and my clothes came marked and there was a hole in the crotch of one of the pairs of bottoms and the stitching was all frayed and splitting on the elastic at the top of the bottoms band, for the price i expected it to be a good brand but wouldnt order again unfortunately but hopefully this feedback helps you to work on fixing the quality of the clothing thank you”

“Ordered sweatshirt almost 2 months ago. After 3 weeks of not receiving any confirmation of shipping I reached out to customer support, was assured it was a mistake and would be shipped immediately. Another 3 weeks or so has passed and still have not received the sweatshirt.”

“I haven’t received my order. It’s been 2 months and I’ve emailed and they haven’t replied for the last 3 weeks. Last reply I had from them was “sorry, our team has just shipped your package” and I’ve got no tracking number for it. Terrible experience”

“Order a men's hooded jumper and bottoms which came 2 different shades of grey also had 2 pay £3 when sent back to cover the postage. Also ordered leggings for my partner which burst along the seem first day wearing.”

“Clothing took about 7 weeks to arrive in seperate orders, quality of clothing isn’t great and not worth the wait. Iron on logos etc begin to come off after one wash Still waiting on an item of clothing from my order and this has been confirmed to not be delayed by the coronavirus, but by a warehouse issue.”

“Very dispointing with this hoodie the stitching has come away round the large pocket and under the arm which has made a hole. Also the size is very bad I ordered a xlarge and its more like small large so don't fit me. . I'm a front line worker and we bought them to wear to and from work and I can't feel very let down by this company.”

“Size are on the small side as I like to be baggy so always go that xtra size bigger so when you order a 3XL you don’t expect it too fit when other 3xl sweaters you have are big and baggy. Secondly only worn once and washed once the shoulder has now a massive whole where the stitching has come undone”
