There was a very important detail that wasn't communicated to us regarding access to The Watersound Beach Club which included the pool, restaurant & complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas. The 360 Blue itinerary suggested using a local company for rentals & never mentioned anything about the club which is a large part of Watersound's amenities. It was approximately $600 to rent the chairs. Luckily we decided to walk to the Beachclub where the employee informed us about obtaining passes. We had already paid for two days of rentals & believe 360 Blue should have reimbursed us. I would use them again in hopes that this type of glaring error will not happen again.

During our stay, 360 Blue was in contact daily and was very responsive. However, once our credit card bill came and we had some questions, we were given quite the runaround and the company never accepted responsibility for our concerns.

Air and Heat.. it was awful! Shower in the bath room with tub is horrible, it needs something to unclog it. Took one shower in there and the water would not drain, nothing like taking a shower with the last 15 guests. We made s'mores one night with the fireplace outside, however we could have used the graham cracker left all over the furniture instead of buying our own. (Thank God for the rain!) The house is nice, however it is time for a deep cleaning!!!! Wood floors, we wore socks because some strange ghost runs the air and heat and they have their temperatures all messed up, but back to the socks.... they were black every night from walking on the floors. The glass self in the power room should be moved, flushed the toilet and went to wash my hands, well the toilet didn't flush all the way so I reach over from the other side to flush the handle and gashed my head open on the glass shelf. Oh... when we arrived there was tissue behind the toilet that looked as if it had been used. I mean like someone wiped their self and missed the toilet. I just hate when such a nice home and all of this needless items have not being taken care of. We call about the issues of the heat (63 when we arrived in the evening with a 7 month old) and the dishwasher and someone came and fixed dishwasher, and helped with heat, but the next day the heat had to be addressed again, after both men being here for several hours we just threw our hands up, because we felt we would have had to add them as guest during our stay. In finishing I pray these items will be fixed for the next people so the will enjoy their stay. We love Seaside (Watercolor) and have been coming for years and will come again. Allie was exceptionally in returning phone calls and taking care of things for us, so I give her a star rating.

My family rented a home in Water Color Florida near Seaside December 2017. The rental company was fine and we did not have any issues with the property manager but the home was not acceptable and generally did not meet our expectations for Vermillion Way which is the Rodeo Drive of Water Color. The home was very disappointing upon arrival due to poor furniture and general lack of adequate furnishings. The home evidently was "on the market" and the furniture was therefor rented and it was poorly staged. Some rooms did not have dressers or tables and much of the furniture was junk. I think I would use this rental company again but I would never rent this house 93 Vermillion Way even if the price were half!

We made reservations about 3 weeks before our stay. We were going for my daughter's wedding. The intent was to have the reception at the home we rented. Since there was a �wedding clause � in the rental agreement I didn't think this would be a problem. However, on my way down there (2days before the wedding) I was told that this wasn't an �event friendly home�. 360 worked with me some but I ended up renting an extra home for the reception. This cost me an extra $1500. Plus the oven was not working- and with 20 people staying for 4 nights it was difficult to prepare food.

The property we rented in Watersound was as described and in good condition. But when one of our bikes belonging to the house was swiped from a bike stand near the beach we reported it to 360Blue and they charged my credit card $100 immediately. We found the bike and got our money back but I feel they should have waited until we checked out to Charge for missing property. Also wrote after checkout about an expensive down pillow we left, asking if they would mail it back at our expense and got no response. � (pillow was in print pillowcase-obviously not belonging to house.)

The main house was solid. The real problem was with the Carriage House. The bedroom was small with a queen bed. it was difficult to use the closet in the bedroom with the way the door opened and the nightstand in the way. There is no need to have the living and kitchen area as guests spend the majority of time in the main house. Finally, the bathroom was ridiculously small and the shower was almost unusable. The Carriage House should be completely redone.
