“We stayed at Costal Aire in Port St Joe and had a wonderful time. We found the grill was out of gas and the rental company came immediately to replace the tank.
The house was clean with everything needed for a great stay. The beach was great too. Lots of things to do locally but you have to drive to get to them. I would go back to this location.”

“The Team at 360 were great. Especially given that my original rental was through Travelocity. They made the transfer process pretty easy. They were also very understanding as we reported property damage from previous renters of our house. That said, the house and Destin had some set backs. Simple things like, drains backing up were experienced, but overall the house was nice. The pool though, was ANYTHING but relaxing. You can pay extra money to get it heated, how much does it cost to get it cooled down? It was anything but relaxing until after hours. Location wise, we were extremely excited to be 2 doors down from public beach access. However, the "public beach" was a whole 15 yards of frontage as the neighboring condos literally roped off their frontage. You had to walk through the surf 200 yards down the beach to get to some sand and actual water. Could not be more disappointed in Destin FLA. I will NOT be back again.”
“Rented two condos side by side in Villa Coyaba in Destin, FL. They were both very nice and well-appointed. The kitchens had every utensil you could need which helped when we cooked in. They supplied us a nice bag of coffee too. The pool was large for this area which my kids enjoyed. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Only three negative comments: (1) I paid for bike rentals, but then when I looked back at rental agreement, we were supposed to get free bike rentals. Read your contract closely. (2) The Wi-fi and Phone service within the unit is not great. I think it is because of the thick heavy walls. Not a major problem but dropped calls sometimes when sitting out on balcony. (3) Getting out to the beach and pool requires two passcode protected gates and bit of up and down stairs. Not easy on my elderly in-laws. Wouldn't be easy on anyone with limited mobility. Overall it was a good experience and would rent again as their staff is very friendly and helpful.”
“We recently stayed at a home with your company. While we encountered nothing I felt worthy to call about during our stay, just observations that I felt if addressed, your next guest would appreciate. I snapped a few photos to better help you see what I was referring to. Water hose on back deck - couldn't it be replaced (under $10) instead of trying to patch several times? I couldn't' get a good shot for keepsake memories of the house - due to the hot mess at the bottom of the stairs, leading to the beach. This is how we found it -- none of this was brought by us. While we did enjoy the use of a few items - surly these is a way to keep it better organized. A lot of it appeared needing to be trashed. The huge rug left in entrance to the pool -- (I dragged it next to the wall). On the back deck the shrubs were in badly need of trimming. While enjoying the deck, the beautiful view was totally blocked by the shrubs. Surly it would benefit if a manager inspected your homes --even on a monthly basis. These may seem small, but when paying over $11,000 to stay at your home for a week - just thought I would not have seen these kind of things.”
“We really enjoy using 360 Blue, but did have a little hiccup with our house being in disarray when we arrived. Since we arrived on Dec. 26th, we suspect the cleaning crew left in the middle of cleaning on Dec. 24th. Couch cushions were turned upside down and rugs flipped over and cleaning supplies and rags left in showers. 360 Blue did respond promptly to send someome over to finish the cleaning process. We were just a bit surprised that nobody had inspected the house prior to our arrival. Nonetheless, we loved the beautiful home we stayed in and the rest of our time in gorgeous Watercolor!”
“Beautiful house , large and accommodating. Location excellent for beach, biking and grocery shopping. Plenty of activities available, ping pong, sand hockey?, and well heated pool and spa. BUT we were there for 8 days and the elevator worked only about 3 of those days. With 20 people on a given day, {26 at the most} there was much luggage, Christmas presents and decorations, beer, wine, drinks and FOOD to carry up 3 flights of stairs. Only one of the dishwashers worked and it had to be held against the wall when the drawers were out to load and unload ; otherwise it would have fallen out. It didn't even accommodate a breakfast load, so we had to buy many paper products although the house provided plenty of cups, plates, bowls and glassware. When we left we didn't take the faux boxed tree and ornaments because it was too much trouble to get down the stairs. Hope you save it for the next Christmas renter. Still----it was one of our best Christmases ever. Serena Vann”
“The management of 360 Blue was great. I was disappointed in the wear and tear of our unit. Needed painting and a facelift. Much more "worn" than the other units my friends were in - for the same price. Too expensive to not be "top notch"!”
“A wonderful,beautiful house on a quiet beach. This property was beautiful! The beach was awesome and just steps away from the back door. We took the whole family and there was plenty of room. We had nine people and enough room where we were not on top of each other. The house itself was great. It was clean, comfortable, airy and awesome! There are balconies all over and you can hear the ocean at any time, which we all loved! I did not give this review 5 stars only because the oven itself took a long time to heat and was kind of old and the driveway was really tight getting all the cars in and out. If you are planning on taking a large car like a van, it may not fit in the driveway or the parking spots. We had a large SUV (Expedition) and it was really tight getting in and out of the driveway. Also, you cannot part on the street, so all cars have to fit in all the spaces under the house, so, there may be some musical cars if people want to come and go. We used the bikes they provide and LOVED this option. If you want to go anywhere like to restaurants or shopping, you will most likely have to drive, but the quietness of the neighborhood is what we like the most about it. Also, there was no where near enough toilet paper in the house and when we contacted 360 Blue we were told we would have to supply our own. I thought this was a little strange considering that toilet paper is kind of a given when you stay in hotels and other homes. This was the first time we had to purchase our own toilet paper. Just an FYI!”
“It started out rough, with getting a call 12 hours into our drive about a pipe being damaged by the contractor and our condo flooding and unavailable for us to stay in. But, by the grace of God they had another condo right on the beach. It was breathtaking, with panaramic views. The area is absolutely stunning and it's private.”
“We had a great experience with 360 Blue and loved the property we stayed in. The housekeeping was lacking, however. The floors were pretty filthy when we arrived and we found an unidentified pill (not marked) by our bed. We have a toddler so this was concerning given that the pill could have been very harmful to her if she put it in her mouth. Other than the cleanliness of the house, everything was great and the house was well equipped and staff friendly and accommodating.”
“Awesome location. Terrific furnishings and shower water pressure. Only complaint was being woken up at 8am every morning by gas powered leaf blowers. It was sounded like a motocross race.”
“This was our second time with 360 blue and most everything went smooth. The app is a very nice touch. We had an issue with mold, but they handled it well.”
