Loved the property. Liked the updated decor. Would stay again. The condo however wasn't ready when we arrived. No toiletries, dirt piles on the carpet, no key cards to get into the pool or beach. To a while to straighten out, but all went well.

The unit was nicely decorated and the view is great. I got word from the Rental company(360 blue) that there was a water leak issue from another unit. However, that was after they told the maintenance crew that no one was using the unit and a couple of workers walked in. A big, loud dehumidifying machine was put in the unit and turned on while we were at dinner. A message was left that they tried to knock on the door but no one answered-same night, at dinner. There was no follow up or instructions regarding what to do with the machine-should it be left on all the time? It took up one whole bath room. I completely understand that things happen. However, there is a right way to treat your customers and this was not it. You should of followed up to ensure that this was a satisfactory situation or you should of made other accommodations for us. There are hundreds of mgmt.\rental companies on the gulf coast and I plan on using someone else next time.

The main house was solid. The real problem was with the Carriage House. The bedroom was small with a queen bed. it was difficult to use the closet in the bedroom with the way the door opened and the nightstand in the way. There is no need to have the living and kitchen area as guests spend the majority of time in the main house. Finally, the bathroom was ridiculously small and the shower was almost unusable. The Carriage House should be completely redone.

Home was beautiful but pool was not maintained resulting in us not being able to use it. It would be helpful to be provided with information regarding services available nearby. Last year we had access to an additional beach. I confirmed upon reservation that we would continue to be able to have access to that beach but upon arrival we learned that access was denied due to new management. This was very disappointing.

We were demoted from a property that was walking distance to the beach to a remote house that made it necessary to drive to the beach, pools, shopping, restaurants, etc. The relocation was due to building maintenance.

Strange layout, as we went through the bedroom when we came I and out of the house. We got use to it, as our teenage son was using the room and he was flexible, however if it were an adult, it could have been quite intrusive. We were quite disappointed that when we called to tell management that we had no blind over the front door (like all the other houses) they put a plastic bag up and taped it to the door. Not pretty at all, but solved the privacy issue of people seeing us in our pajamas at night. Loved the area, and the house was average.

Everything went well with the transaction until we had a family emergency. I spoke with someone in the office about the possibility of changing dates. The person never got back with me. I understand that it would have taken a bit more effort to accommodate my needs, but that is what customer service is about. I didn't want a refund. Either way, I took the risk by not buying trip insurance.

Home was beautiful! It was a trip for our entire family of 14! Home was in highly recommended Camp District and pool area was under construction! We booked in January for June trip and were not informed of construction until April. We were given extra bikes to compensate but nothing seemed close! We were there for 1 week and only saw the sun at 2 pm the day before we left. I realize 360 Blue can't contol the weather but it is unlikely we will return. Our family goes to the beach every summer. We own a condo in Perdido Key and we were so excited to be staying at Watercolor but did not have the experience we were expecting. We tried to venture out to explore the area but with a week of rain so was everyone and 30A was a parking lot. So headed back and played games and read books all week.

home was filthy when we arrived. It was promptly cleaned with the crew coming from Alabama (not immediate), and we were credited for the cleaning fee. Still a downer for such a pricy place, and even basics like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo took 2 days to be fully supplied.

There was a very important detail that wasn't communicated to us regarding access to The Watersound Beach Club which included the pool, restaurant & complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas. The 360 Blue itinerary suggested using a local company for rentals & never mentioned anything about the club which is a large part of Watersound's amenities. It was approximately $600 to rent the chairs. Luckily we decided to walk to the Beachclub where the employee informed us about obtaining passes. We had already paid for two days of rentals & believe 360 Blue should have reimbursed us. I would use them again in hopes that this type of glaring error will not happen again.

Challenging to get issues resolved because they are not onsite and things are no longer handled through St. Joe's. Our unit's master bedroom was hot. The issue was never resolved. It took 2-3 days to resolve a bike rental issue and get a credit. 360 blue said we had to get it resolved through bike rental company. Bike rental company said we had to resolve it through 360 blue. After multiple attempts and phone calls, 360 finally gave us a full credit on our bill for the bikes.

The App for 360 Blue was great all my interaction with this company was incredible until a week before my stay when then and only then was I informed the parking garage was very low and my 7'2" van was not going to fit. Their suggestion was to either park it at Walmart 2 miles away or leave it a ten minute walk down the road at a business and take my chances. It was neither of our faults however they made no attempt to help us with this situation. So if you have a tall vehicle......something to consider finding out before spending $7000.00 for a week on a place you cannot park at.

We basically lost out two full days of our "week" since we weren't allowed into the house until 4pm on Saturday, and we had to be vacated by 10am the following Saturday. No one was in the house so it would've been nice to make use of the facilities for that first Saturday. We didn't get our amenity cards until Sunday afternoon. And there wasn't even salt and pepper! For the amount paying for the rental, bikes for everyone and beach chairs for at least the adults should be been included.

Collaboration between 360 Blue and Watercolor leaves a little to be desired. Access to pool, gym, etc not as smooth as in the past. Resort overall was not very welcoming. Improved communication could possibly help

The house and its location was fabulous. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Loved it. The only frustration was that the house next to us was getting painted and it was loud with workers. We did not get to use any of the sitting areas outside because it felt completely awkward and loud since they were right next door on ladders. If this wasn't happening, I would have given the house 5 stars. I feel like we should have gotten a discount and been notified about this. We were there on spring break in March.

They seemed very overwhelmed when we were there. Key issues - as in keys were not coded and did not work so when we got all the way to the beach we could not enter. Also left some items behind and it took weeks to get them back even though they had reached out to me.

My family rented a home in Water Color Florida near Seaside December 2017. The rental company was fine and we did not have any issues with the property manager but the home was not acceptable and generally did not meet our expectations for Vermillion Way which is the Rodeo Drive of Water Color. The home was very disappointing upon arrival due to poor furniture and general lack of adequate furnishings. The home evidently was "on the market" and the furniture was therefor rented and it was poorly staged. Some rooms did not have dressers or tables and much of the furniture was junk. I think I would use this rental company again but I would never rent this house 93 Vermillion Way even if the price were half!
