“House was good. Needing a little work. Some things were broke, or rough around the edges it seemed, for it to be so pricy. And to have so many stories, and the owners asking us to not use the elevator was a bit of a joke. Overall nice place, and beautiful views.”
“We recently rented in Watercolor and there are two things that I would mention that were not to my satisfaction. The first being that a young family with little children were above us and from the time we arrived until the morning of our departure those kids ran back and forth down the hallway in their condo right over our heads. I call 360 Blue and asked them to speak to the family but never heard back from the property manager. I did go speak to the mother of the kids upstairs and told her it was very loud and disturbing but she didn't give me the impression that she cared or was going to do anything about it. We spent a fair amount of money on that condo for 4 days and I'm not happy about being underneath little kids. I think this is something to consider when you renting these units. I've raised my kids and now when I go away I don't want to have that going on over my head. Secondly, there was no tissue in any of the bathrooms of the unit. I think that should be customary for the money involved. All in all the unit was in good shape but I wouldn't rent it again because it's on the first floor and you have to keep the blinds drawn or people can look right in especially in the master bedroom which butts up to the parking lot. I think that should have been more clear in the description.”
“We had a wonderful trip. 360 Blue was very professional. The only reason for the non five stars is the general lack of urgency when we'd call with a problem. I would definitely stay with them again.”
“Overall wonderful experience. There were communication issues as two companies have recently merged, causing some frustrations but quickly were resolved when brought to the attention of 360.”
“The house was amazing. Bikes on property needed some TLC. Our pull out bed was broken. Wish I would have known Fish out of water was closed and the pool in the camp district. Love to see change in the area and will be back”
“Loved the house. Just a couple of things to note. The bed in the carriage house is very hard. Much harder than the others. The hot tub is advertised as a â€?hotâ€? tub but we were told that we couldn't have it hot. That was very disappointing. It was warm and we still had to pay for it. That's not right at all. The bedrooms in the main house are great except that there are no dressers. A couple don't even have shelves in the closets. Where are guests expected to put clothes?”
“Villa Coyaba 403, the service, and overall experience were all better than expected. We absolutely loved it. The only negative about our experience was to see on the day after booking, the exact same condo on VRBO at half our booked price. We learned to check with 360 Blue directly to get the most current pricing.”
“Beach umbrella situation gets out of hand. Had to get to beach by 5:15 am to get a good spot before the umbrella company takes entire beach. Everything else was outstanding”
“We stayed at the Crab Shack with friends and had a great time. The only issue was that the pool heater was not working upon arrival. I contacted 360 Blue and they had someone come out the next day. The house was beautiful and in a great location...a very quick walk to the beautiful beach! Easy access to bike paths and close to good restaurants. We had 4 adults and 6 children and fit comfortably. We would stay there again!”
“Would like to report 4 1/2. The negative comes because of screen porch damage, towel racks not attached to the wall very well, a few chipped glasses, etc. I was concerned we would be charged for this damage so I took pictures of everything, contacted 360. They offered to come over and fix everything right then but was not a big drawback. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary so this was a special week and we were very pleased with everything else. We would definitely recommend 360 and this particular location to anyone. “The property was well taken care of, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed linens and towels were high quality like a hotel and that is always appreciated! The pool was beautiful but would have been extra special if it were heated. The only bump in the road were the provided watercolor passes ... they never worked at the resort. We would definitely rent from 360 Blue again.”
“360 Blue sales and service personnel were excellent. The service people especially. However, whoever is responsible for checking that the rental is "ready' for occupancy needs to improve. I had multiple problems that should and could have been avoided if someone had simply spent 10 minutes looking over the property before we arrived.The service people were quick to respond but it still took time for the pool water to warm and the main level ice maker could not be fixed and a new one could not be installed before our departure. I appreciate the consideration from 360 Blue to compensate for the issues we encountered.”
“There were several issues that were not resolved before or after we arrived. The pool was dirty with beer can, cups and pices the gas's grill. We to clean in order to use it. Ice machine broken and part had not been ordered. We had to make several calls over several days to get anyone out to even look.”
“Other than some issues with the unit itself. 360 Blue was fine to work with and tried their best to address our concerns. we wouldn't hesitate to return to one of their properties.”
“The only complaint I would have is that our Watercolor pool passes left in the unit were not active and we could not access the pool area for several hours because no one was able to get new ones to me. I would suggest that those passes should be checked and ready for use when a client checks into their home. It was very frustrating!”
